Features

  • Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows x64, and Windows Server 2003* support (If Terminal Services are enabled, the Win2PDF Terminal Server Edition would be required).
  • Create PDF documents from any Windows application that supports printing.
  • Merge PDF output to the beginning or end of an existing PDF file.
  • Web links beginning with "http" or "www" are automatically converted to PDF hyperlinks.
  • Integrates with Outlook and Outlook Express e-mail clients to automatically attach PDF files to e-mail messages.
  • Send documents to Acrobat Reader® for PalmOS®.
  • Custom Windows applications including Visual Basic applications can easily interface with Win2PDF and can control the PDF file name without user intervention.

System Requirements

  • Pentium-compatible PC.
  • Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3 or above, Windows x64, and Windows Server 2003* (If Terminal Services are enabled, the Win2PDF Terminal Server Edition would be required)..
  • PDF-compatible reader to view the files (see links page).

We do not support Windows 95, 98, Me, or the Macintosh.

Installation

To install Win2PDF, download w2pdf_setup.exe and run the program. The program will create a Win2PDF printer that you can print to from any application.

  • The Win2PDF download consists of single self extracting install program that totals 2.6 megabytes.
  • The current version of Win2PDF is 3.3.
  • Win2PDF will occasionally display a reminder dialog with registration information, and adds an extra page to each document until the product is registered. To remove these notices, you can register the product on the purchase page.
